CCTV in petrol car

Is the idea of having CCTV in petrol car good? Can this plan improve the service of Malaysia policemen? Will the bribery and corruption reduced by this move?

Is European countries, CCTV or onboard camera has been installed on the petrol car and one of the reason for installing the gadget is to use as proof should it be needed. As for cutting corruption, there are many and different ways of avoiding the cameras, so it's not so much of cutting down the corruption cases.

Generally it's a good practice to install CCTV on petrol car so in case any ambiguity of duty carryout by policemen, there's at least a proof of what they did then!

Disgraced Malaysia Police

What Malaysia policemen did to Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim last night is disgraced and it's a sign of current government's worry over the lifted ban on Anwar Ibrahim on re-joining political scene.

Anwar is only having a speech to his supporters, and they went through the proper channel of applying for permit to stage the gathering, yet it was refused on the ground that there may be causing traffic congestion around the area.

What on earth are they talking about? It sounds as if they know what they are doing. People around the area didn't even make any complaint of this, and they are happily and willingly attending the gathering and speech hosted by PKR leaders. If policemen are so good at controlling traffic, why still KL city jam like hell every morning? Places jammed where they controlled are worse than those using traffic lights.

To me this only shows the present government is already feeling uneasy with this date looming and from today onwards, surely they will start having sleepless nights now and then.

Man Utd March On!

After the win over Arsenal over the weekend, coupled with this morning's result, the path of Man Utd retaining the EPL title is clearer as they extended their lead over Chelsea to 5 pts with 4 games remaining.

Looking back on their performance last weekend, it's easy to understand why they are top of the league at the moment and are in Semi-Finals of Champions' League. They have such depth in reserves and their reserve players are all strong and experienced.

The game initially went to Arsenal way as the Gunners looked more threathening in the opening half, and they went close several times, if not for their lack of killing instint in front of goal, the Gunners would be leading the Devils going into half time. Yet it was again proof such resilence performance from the Devils.

When Andersson and Tevez came on for Scholes and Park, the game switched to Man Utd way, and they doesn't look back since. Despite only in the first year of his MU career, Andersson gave such a consistant and resilent performance into the team. He not only holding balls, attack and dictating games, he also defended well when needed. Owen Hargreaves also gave a notably god performance in the last two weeks, and given time, this Man Utd team will progress further and improved.

As comparison, Chelsea's progress has been hampered by the departure of Jose Mourinho. They may be unbeaten in the league for long period of time, and they are still second in the league, but their performance can't be judge as one of the elite teams. Avram Grant may have done an OK job in Chelsea, but there's no sign of progress under his charge. He only continue what's set up by his predecessor. It also showed Grant's inexperience and naivity on European night. He doesn't seems to know what he suppose to do when the goings get tough.

Arsenal will improve given the quality of players they had currently, but they will need to add some experience as well as depth in squad before they are able to challenge for multiple glories because players will get exhausted as season go on, like what they are experiencing now. I trusted Arsene Wenger will have the plan for next season as who he need and where to source for them.

Liverpool, I have nothing much to say apart from looking for a new calibre coach. Rafa Benitez is not the right person to lead The Cop to glory, and they would rued on the missed opportunity to get Fabio Capello when he is available. The squad itself looks strong and it's a dream to most coaches to work with the bunch of players there.

Few more weeks and we will see the winner of the long lasting season. Also wishing it'll be an All-EPL teams Finals in Moscow at the end of May.

Same Old EPL Teams

For two consecutive years EPL will have three teams in the Champions' League Semi-Finals. This is good for the EPL and it shows that EPL is currently the best league among all the top leagues in the world, or Europe. Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea qualified together for the 2nd consecutive years, and this turn out to be one of the most exciting match up in recent years with Barcelona making up the final SF slot.

Among these 4 teams, who do you think stand the strongest chance to lift the coveted trophy? Who will be the most suitable winner at last after coming through the long and hard season? Can Barca break the strengthold like AC Milan did a year ago? Or will it finally be an All English teams finals? For now, I would just want to analyse team by team.

First of all, we discuss about Liverpool. They are a typical cup team, and no matter how bad they do in the league, they always perform extraordinary during cup competition, especially in European nights. This season proof yet again they could be playing like middle-league team, but always live up to expectation in Champions' League games. The way they disposed off Inter Milan and Arsenal in 2nd and 3rd round said that all. So we can't discard at all Liverpool's chances of lifting the trophy come end-May 08. Question is will they perform as well when meeting English opponent in Semi-Finals or potentially Man Utd in the finals? Or they stand better chance playing Barca in the final? Can Fernando Torres and Stevie G help The Cops win the trophy for under-fired Rafa Benitez? Other than that I think there's not much to talk about Liverpool.

Secondly, Chelsea has been performing consistently most of the season after Jose Mourinho left, and they've been unbeaten in the league for quite a while now. But at times Avram Grant just doesn't know what to do in a European match. It showed during their 1st and 2nd knock-out stage games, where they lost one of them to Fenerbache away. It's been said few times when the going gets tough, Avram Grant just lose his head, and he just plunge in anyone who's available on the bench without clear instruction to them. So when meeting with Liverpool, the traditional cup team, can they put up a similar performance in EPL to fight head and tail to try qualify to the Finals? Probably this match is open and anyone can win it over 2 legs. So it's 50-50 game for this, but my pick would still be Liverpool as history and phychologically will stands on The Cop's side.

As for Man Utd and Barca, both are equally match up on paper, and Man Utd may have a slight advantage on their defence than Barca's fragile backline at times. Number of goals conceded in the league and Champion's league will shows that. So Man Utd may have a little advantage over Barca in this aspect. As for performance, Barca of late is inconsistent and this further showed when Lionel Messi is injured, and with Ronaldinho currently sidelined as well as off-form, Barca will have to look for new fresh players to boost their chance of lifting the trophy. With Samuel Eto'o and Thierry Henry together with a youngstar of them, they tend to be dangerous on attack as well. Man Utd may have Ronaldo and Rooney plus Tevez, but this three are equelly deadly too.

So for all the above reasons, we can expect a mouth watering ties between these four teams and we are about to witness one of the most exciting Champions' League Semi-Finals and Finals in years, and be prepare to see some marvellous and supernatural skills and art of football at stage soon.

Overall my pick for the glory will be Manchester United, because they are the team at the moment, and with a great depth of their squad, they very unpredictable and well equip to take on any one of them. Plus the on-fire Ronaldo+Rooney+Tevez partnership, they are bound win something big this season.

Disgrace and shameful bunch of activists

When Olympic games is just another few months away, and the Olympic torch is being deliver across from one city to another, and country too. This is suppose to be sportsmen show, yet because of a bunch of idiots, mixing a sports game with politics, trying to stop the torch being delivered, and also act of trying to put of the torch, they are trying to stop the torch being delivered.

I'm not siding either China or Tibet, simply because it's they issue, and as an outsider, there may be some hidden agenda which you and me doesn't know. So we should just stay out of it. But for some they thought they knew everything, and they are siding one of them. So with the game due to start in about 4 months time, they are creating some trouble here and there, knowing the route for the torch movement, they are urging some emotional people to do what they did at the moment, in the hope that the world would boycott the games.

It is such stupidity of these people and I felt disgusted should I know anyone who act like this. A sport is a sport, and they are no politics within. For those who think Olympic equal to sports equel to politics, then they can fuck themselve to death and fuck those stupid fucking assholes, and do like what Brits did best - stick two fingers up their assholes!

Inter-State Bus Tragedy

Yet again we read news about an inter-state bus involved in a fatal accident. It has been quite a while since we last read about similar news, and two days ago it happened yet again, and this time it's suspected the bus driver was speeding, using mobilephone sms, and sleepy while driving.

According to passengers, the driver was speeding, overtaking and the vehicle wasn't moved at a comfortable manner, which may indicated the driver wasn't in a good state of condition to drive. Then what happen? The big bus plunged into road side, causing a death and many injuries.

Now the question is, what can the government do to prevent such things from happening again and again? What's the point of implementing some new regulation for a short while, then put aside when things or tragedy doesn't happen? Who should be blame for this failure? Of course bus driver take full responsibility of this, but authority must shoulder some of the blames as well.

It is yet again shown that authority doesn't carryout their duty as expected, and they failed to dictate the traffic offenders. Only when tragedies happened, they would came out with some figures showing this drivers has so much so summons over the last god damn years or months. Why wouldn't they send notices to express bus companies informing of black listed drivers, and keep up regular updated info to these companies?

It would be very troublesome for authority to look for particular reckless drivers since there are so many of them out there, and only a certain licence holder would be able to work as driver for bus company. Hence by using list of heavy vehicle driver obtaining from data in JPJ, they should update the list of blacklisted drivers to all bus companies.

I'm sure there must be some way to work out a deal for this, and that authority should at least implementing this in order to cut down the reckless drivers on the road. With this at least express bus companies are aware of the blacklisted drivers, and if or should incidents happened involving such drivers, then the bus company must shoulder part of the responsibility. This is to cut down on number of fatal tragedy happening again and again.

It is sad to read such news yet again, and that authority still never learn from the pass.

AFTA

Since long time ago we've been talking about AFTA after 2011. Now just not sure whether this still stands or it has changed.

Currently we are paying way too much for imported goods . For example cars. We are paying far more than what they worth in their country of origin, or other Asian countries. If AFTA really open up, how much would we benefited from it? Will the car prices come drastically down?

I am thinking of changing my car, but now is not the time as 2011 is looming and what if AFTA really open up? So for the time being I will stick to my old car first.

Sickening BN Leaders

Since Abdullah Ahmad Badawi fought back on all his critics last week, I've been disgusted at what they have to say about the recent election. Pak Lah, Najib, and few other current ministers are on all-out-attack on former PM, Tun Dr Mahathir, UMNO sabotuers, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, Tenku Razaleigh etc. All this are rubbish and they said all these just trying to cover up their own dirty asses.

First Pak Lah said Tun Dr. Mahathir (Dr M here after) influenced Malaysians prior and leading up to the general election, Dr M is damaging UMNO's image by exposing so much of internal issues to public, Dr M is digging out the corruption stories within BN, Khairy Jamaluddin is the main drive behind Pak Lah's decisions. Pak Lah accusing the sabotaging act within UMNO that costs them the two third majority in the parliment and 5 states, and also he's accusing Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim speading rumous to damage their image, incorporative within their own allied!

All these only lead me to one conclusion: Pak Lah is unaware of what's happening around him and country as well as within his own army yard. He didn't notice there were so much going on around him that he still believe the nations will choose BN automatically that he's unaware of the threat of opposition parties. He's called for the election at the wrong time at the wrong place, with the wrong amount of time given for campaigning! He falls to his own superstitiousness in believing 13 gave him good luck! What brought him luck is also what brought him down to earth again!

As a PM he doesn't has the credential and ability to lead BN as well as UMNO. People don't respect him as a leader, and what he did and/or promised to people doesn't fulfilled. That's why people deflected on him chosen the oppositions. Worst still is his incapability to control his sarbodinates, and he's letting the sarbodinates to do what they wished.

Other than that, leaders like Najib Razak and other newly elected ministers, for the sake of safeguard their post, they gave their full support to Pak Lah blindly without knowing the full truth of it. They follow suit to attacked on people questioning Pak Lah's credentials and ability, they are defending their weakening party as well as fighting off the internal affairs.

For now UMNO as well as BN is like a stray of loose sands. They are not grouping together, they are still pointing finger at each other, they are still maintain there's no wrong doing within their very own party, and they still believe Malaysians were conned into voting for opposition for no reason, and worst of all they still do not admitted their faults at all. This is enough for us, the smart Malaysians to know we have made the right choice in not choosing an incapable people as our representatives.

Wedding Preparation

Recently I decided to tie the knot with my belove honey at the end of the year. We'd chosen the date and restaurant, as well as chosen the bridal shop for photo shooting. We are looking forward to our year end wedding now!

Just need some opinion from public, what sort of things apart from the above is needed to be look into or get prepared? As for those traditional items or thingy is already taken care off, and what's left to be prepare? This is a once in a life time thingy and obviously i would love to make it a memorable for both of us.

So anyone out there would be kind enough to suggest or remind us of something please. Thanks for your message.

Which method save money?

I'd been trying out new route to work for the last few days and I'm wondering whether which is the more economical way of travelling.

I travelled from Klang every morning to office in KL city centre. I used to go by Federal Highway, which is cutting through Klang town, onto Federal Highway straight heading toward city centre. I'd noticed that if I used this way the petrol consumption is very high as I will be stuck in traffic jam in Klang town, Subang area and then a little in PJ. Toll I will pay RM2.10 each way of travelling. Travelling time is around 1 hr 20 min.

Few days ago I tried out using KESAS highway as my house is quite near to KESAS. Instead of paying RM2.10 for toll and stuck in jam, I enjoy a smooth ride all the way from my house to office without much traffic. It took only 40 min to reach office from home travelling average of around 90km/h. Although the toll I pay is RM8.10 or RM6.60, but I felt the petrol burnt during the traffic jam is equivalent, if not more than the extra toll fee I paid. Distance wise travelling on KESAS is around 9km more.

By looking at this, which method of travelling is a better idea? Appreciate you comment please.
