Transportation Minister is now being passed from Ong Tee Kiat to Kong Cho Har, and the one issue that never really solved during Ong's tenure as Transport Minister is the Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ) issue.
From the day Ong stepped onto the Transport Minister post, this is the very first few issue Ong trying to disclose to the public, and he's been fighting hard against those in the absolute corrupted BN government administrations to start the investigation into the corruption of this project.
MACC has been dragged into this and there are few people (so called BIG FISH) has been detained, questioned and charged in courtroom. Ong also promised to disclose the report of PKFZ investigation, and I believe the report is in somewhere a library only accesible to limited people.
Good or bad, Ong Tee Kiat at least exposed some of the long suspecious corrupted culture inside BN and he's still not finished with his job yet. At least we know what we suspected for so long, or believe is true without solid evident is solid true. BN government has been digging out whole lot of resources from Bank Negara, our tax paying money out into their own pocket.
Now MCA has gone through another AGM and new leaders had been installed within MCA. Naturally there will be a minor reshuffle of cabinet, and automatically Ong Tee Kiat, who lost to Chau Soi Lek in the MCA presidency will lose his minister post. The post is being passed to Kong Cho Har, who's the new Deputy President of MCA.
The unfortunate thing begins here. Kong's first task or announcement as Transport Minister is that all PKFZ investigation has been stopped and there will be no more further investigation into PKFZ corruption issue. So case closed. This again proved that BN has force their way into this investigation and MCA DP has no choice but to terminate the investigation if he's to remain as party's deputy.
So what about the RM 12.6 Billion lost somewhere in the project? Who should we look for if we want to know more about this? Why this investigation is called off when the hearing of their ex-CEO and managers still in the proceedings? Does this mean they will be freed and no charges will be pressed against them? Heere gone our hard earn money!
