Employer Jailed for Abusing Maid

We've heard and see so many cases of employers abusing their maids, and quite rightly so if they were sent to jail for such behaviour because maid still human being as well. Fair enough today's news was there 's an employer was sentenced to jail for such act.

I supported such verdict if the employer really proved to committed it. But we've also heard hundreds thousands of cases where maids were abusing the employers as well. Not only heard, but I've seen it all myself before. Maid was torturing the employer and his family, but when requested them to be sent back home, employers have to paid a fine of RM250 for sending them back

This has brought to my curiosity as to whether the law is protecting those innocent, or protecting those offences committed person. Why should we, the employer be fine for terminating a sub-standard maid?

My friend's maid is even worse, she pretended she's sick and she refuse to do the duty she was told, and she even pretended to be running out of control in public, picked up food from dustbin and eat them, pretended they have such Kepala Pusing until they are unable to sit, and also pretended they were mentally ill in order to get back home.

From some survey, I'd noticed the last one was the most common nowadays in order to get out from the employer's house. They will be sent back to just the agency's office, and "waiting" for the next carriage to send them back. But 3 weeks after she was still in agent's office, and she doesn't look mentally ill at all.

Another friend's maid even worse. She put her urine into all the drinking bottles, and even made the milk for baby using her urine. We could even smelled the urine the moment we opened the bottle, and for this we questioned her again and again, time after time, until we threaten to call police, she told it was the connecting person and agent that asked them to do so in order employers will listen and obeyance to their maid!.

This is crazy, and out of their mind. So decided to brought her back to agent, they were fined RM250 for sending her back! It's a pity Malaysia stil practicing a "racist" law. Just because they a of similar skin colour they always get away with it!

What about us?

Don't expect price reduction

From what Shahril said today, we should not expect all daily consumables prices to drop, simply because government has no power to instruct them to reduce their price! It's a same old fucking joke for this asshole to said such things. He's better keep his fucking mouth shut and pretend nothing than saying all this rubbish!

When fuel price hiked, he said all relevant prices will increase too because tranpostation relates to every industries. So nothing much they could do but to let these prices to go up!

Now fuel price decreased to the level before, yet these bloody industries' prices doesn't! They still selling at the highest price like when fuel price was at its highest! And this old fucking idiot said it's up to them to decide he price, and government can only advise!

What the heck is all this! Maybe his backside is itchy and he's waiting for someone to kick his ass! As a minister to said what he said is nonsense, and this further shows he's getting old and he doesn't know what he's actually doing now!

Shahril, it's time to go home fuck your wife up side down!

Toll Fare Reduction

Yesterday PLUS announced that toll fare is on offer. Road users will be paying less fare for using PLUS highway between 12am and 7am. That's very kind of them! Bravo

But wait a min! How much actually we could save or benefited from the so call "offer" from PLUS? How many of us actually using the highway during that period of times? And how often do we use them during that time? More importantly, how many actually use RM200 per month? And why don't they automatically updated the touchngo card on their system? Why do we still need all those bloody hassle to apply for the rebate or discount?

For me I do not really benefited from these discounts and promotion, and I really don't give a damn about it! All I care is if I see any SMARTAG lane with barrier open, I will go straight through without stopping or even scanning of the tag because I can save more than what's on the table! I've been doing this for years and rough amount I save from this has amounted to more than RM400 for the last 2 yrs plus! The best was from JB to KL where toll gate opened at Sg Besi and another from KL to Ipoh!

I think this will save you more! Don't believe, give it a try! Anyway PLUS is a blood sucking monster! No sorry for doing this! They've earned enough from us!

Fuel Price

From what this old man said, we are now actually paying a higher than cost price for the petrol we pumped into our dar daily now.

Crude Oil Price now only stands at under USD60 per barrel, which is the level of i think about 2 yrs ago, where we paid only RM1.72 per litre. Now this Shahril told us government not only didn't pay the RM0.30 subsidy, instead making RM0.36 from every litre of petrol we filled.

Doesn't this a cheat to the nations? Government keep saying they would pay RM0.30 per litre of petrol we used. This government has been fooling the nation around, and their motive is only to cover up the big holes left by Khairy Jamaluddin aka Khinzir Jantan.

Then come this asshole Najib, and co, who is already starting to digging the country's resources, making into their own. With Mahathir's backing, Malaysia is now going backward to the olden day's. So no more hope for this BABI NEGARA!

Razak Baginda Freed

As expected, Razak Baginda has been discharge of the murdering of Mongolian Altantunya. Just as he walked out from court room, government still considering appealing against his release and take him back into courtroom and charge him with murder.

But all was dropped few days later because for some reason, government thinks Razak Baginda is innocent in this case. So who's the actual murderer? If Razak Baginda isn't the real murderer, I think it wouldn't be anyone of the remaining 2 police officers.

All these while we know at the end all of them would be clear of any charges, or sentences. This is purely just another real life show for Malaysia'x citizens. I'd been guessing from the very first day of trial that Razak Baginda would walk free from this case.

It all look so fake, and unbelievable. This suppose to be a secret bombing of a human being, and it ended up with more than 80 witnesses appearing in courtroom to testifying against these 3 people. If there is really that many people knowing this case, I think it will be very very very....... easy to find some evidence against Razak Baginda.

From this point alone, I know for sure it's a fix, and their intention is to drag this case for as long as possible, and waited for people to cool on this issue, then comes the conclusion of the case. Malaysian are very forgetful by the way!

SAD.................

Crack Down on Mat Rempits

It has been long overdue for the bloody police forces to crack down on these bastards. For long we've heard these bunch of idiots are causing all sort of problems on the streets, and because of the public backing from one of the stupid bitch MP, Azalina, they became more daring and take law and authority into their own hands.

Today's paper read police force will start to crack down on such group of people, who's causing public unrest, danger to other road passerby, users etc. The question is this has been happening for years, and why only the police forces act now?

Isn't it a little too late, too little they could do to prevent such things happening? From my point of view, police forces has been sleeping in the station all these while, and because of their reluctantness to act, mat rempits were just ignoring all the calls to stop and behave themselve. At the end no one would do nothing about them. So who cares!

Now things are getting out of control, only the police wanted to act. I just wondering why are the government still paying them salary for? Oh I forgot! They were getting paid to catch those make public comment against government, detain those who disagree with government's policies, catch those who's endangering their position, faking evidences against people who serve the opposition party.

This is what Malaysia's Police Forces are all about. They do nothing about public safety, they do nothing about caring for the society, they do everything for drinking coffee, they ask for everything is you were found against some slightest rules. That's what they are good at. Besides there's nothing they know!

Japanese and European Marques

As we know more and more Japanese car are now design and produced to target towards high end users, and at the same time to compete with the well known European cars.

Recently Volvo introduced a new facelifted S40 2.4i, which costs less than a Honda Accord and Toyota Camry, both 2.4. The Japanese cars cost above RM 170k, whereas the well-known safest car Volvo S40 2.4i costs less than both the Jap marques.

So if you are capable of buying these cars, which one is your prefer choice? Why?

For me I think I will still go for the continental car because:
1. Safety issue
2. Cost
3. Maintenance
4. Luxurious
5. Status

For these 5 points, I will definitely go for the Conti car. Except pt 3, which I think most of you would argue about, let me tell you my finding here. It is true each time Volvo servicing would costs close to or slightly above RM 1k, but that's in the interval of 20,000km, whereas Japanese car servicing interval is in the region of 5,000 km to 8,000 km, and each time the servicing costs would amounted to around RM 600 to RM 800. So for the same distance done, and maintenance packages offered, how could we says Volvo maintenance costs more than Japanese marques?

I am currently driving one of the "old" conti car, and true enough the maintenance costs would be higher now than those Japanese cars, but we all know all cars are subjected to wear and tear, and if a normal good maintenance and keeping of car is being done, I don't think there will be any different for either ones.

Besides, this shows Volvo is trying to penetrate Malaysia market, and with its current model, design, feature offered and price tag, I believe there will be more people choosing Volvo over Japanese cars. The only downside for Volvo is the resale value, which will approximately be halved each time you sell.

Energy Consumption

Is it true a person's daily energy consumption is almost fix at certain level? For instant a person who used to exercise everyday will have a higher daily energy consumption than those who doesn't?

From conversation with other gym members, it was told that a person who normally exercise on regular basis will tend to have higher energy consumption even if he doesn't work out! Example is if a normally work out person will consume 1800 kcal per day without work out, as compare to a normal person who only need around 1000 kcal - 1200 kcal per day.

That explain why a highly energitic person tends to take more food than those doesn't. And if the person stop workout for some time, he/she will tends to put on weight easier than others.

My conclusion is: I stopped workout for 2 months, and still consuming similar amount of food everyday and I gained about 5 kg in 2 months. Last week I went back to gym, and until last Thursday (which is exactly 9 days after restarting) i lost 3 kg. I am happy that I manage to shredd off extra pounds of weight by continuing exercising, and my target is to lose another 3 kg to 5 kg within the next 3 weeks.

Khir Toyo contest UMNO Youth Chief Not for Money

Today one particular headline caught my eyes. It was ex-Selangor MB, Mohd Khir Toyo stating he contested the UMNO Youth Chief post not because of money but for personal fulfilment!

What sort of personal fulfilment he was talking about? If everyone still could refresh their memory, you should know how this a**h*** making our hard-earned tax paying money into his very own pocket. Also the current Selangor state government already dug up so much of his shits and shown us how much money he's been making into his own.

Still there are more that has yet to be discovered, but from this it's clearly shown this b**tard's motive in joining politics is purely for money and nothing else. So probably this is what we call a thick skin scumbag who's still dare to say such things after been discover for so many cases of corruption and money laundring.

UNMO until today still the same old UMNO! They will never change. So in order to change, we must do our part to change the government!

RPK freed!

RPK is freed because Shah Alam court ordered that he to be freed from Kamunting detaining camp.

That means victory for the people again. The court ruled against police and government's decision at least shows there's still some justice within our judiciary system, and we will now see a step forward for our freedom and hopefully it will not be banished by those bastard who's trying to wrongfully using ISA to put off their threat!

Reduction in EPF Deduction

Is it a good news or bad for the public on the reduction of EPF contribution from employees? What effect will it make for us, the consumers?

From my point of view, I personally think it's not a good idea for this reduction, and it will lead to peoplespending "more" and saving less. But as to how much "more" we have by the pitiful 3% reduction per month? For example a person earning RM 3,000 will have extra RM 90 per month to spend, and that work out to be RM 3 per day.

How much things can we get for RM 3 per day now? I think it's quite difficult to find a hawker stall that costs RM 3 or less per meal. Things are all generally now selling at a very high price, and government do nothing to control these culprits.

But in long term, employees will tends to lose more when they retire. Money saved will be a lot less and by then the value of RM will be much smaller and by rough calculation those EPF savings will lasted merely less than 3 yrs at most for majority, if not all people.

So I think it's a bad idea to reduce the reduction for EPF! What you think?
