I really don't know what is our not so clever government is thinking these days. MyKad is suppose to bring us more convenient rather than more hassle. Recently government said from May 1 onwards, we have to produce our MyKad before allow to pump in petrol.
Isn't this will create more hassle for all road users? What if the line was hanged or there's a slow connection? By then all petrol station will be fully pack with vehicles waiting to pump in petrol. How can they obtain result that by using MyKad it will help control the buyer of the petrol?
I don't understand the logic in using MyKad to pump petrol. Today is already 21st century and everything is suppose to built towards conveniences, and things are created to save time on certain issues, but I think our government is never an appreciator of convenience, and they tends to go the opposite way with others.
This is just another example, and there are many more which I do not have much time to talk about here.
