Cloverfield!

Have anyone ever vomit after watching a movie in cinema? Have anyone ever felt sick after watching movie in cinema? That's the feeling I got after watching the first 50 minutes of Cloverfield where at that point I was on the brink of vomitting.

I just don't understand why the movie was shoot at such scene and what make it worst is that camera keep swinging around as if you are in the scene itself. What makes people headache is the movement of the camera is so fast and that we have to really concentrating and focus on a certain point, which is impossible.

At first I still try to stay on till the end of show, but really can't and finally decided to quitting the cinema before I mess up the place. I also notice a lot of people's head were either lying on the next's shoulder or was really dropped and looked sick during the movie. I was the first to walked out, and I stayed outside cinema for 3 minutes, and notice another 6 people also came out, we smiled to each other knowing what we are smiling for.

I think this movie is a real low cost, budget and cheap movie made and just wonder if the director is thinking of having a sequel of it because the ending leave the door open for a sequel. Hopefully not, or if yes I would not even dare to watch it anymore

Haha, all a bunch of pussies, can't stand camera shake.

Seriously though, the film is considered moderate budget, around. USD 25 mil. It is done intentionally, coz in this very particular case, the cheaper they made it the more money they earn. Prob 90% of the budget went to the special effects. And nolah, what do you take the producers for, so dumb want to do a sequel meh? (Unless there's big bucks to be had. But we already know Hollywood's shameless.)
