Lost of a Great Tan Sri Lim Goh Tong

Tan Sri Lim Goh Tong is one of the greastest enterprenuer we have and it's sadly he has passed away due to old age. He created such special entertainment park few thousand feets above sea level, and it has also made alaysia famous for its speciality - Entertainment centre and Casinos. We would love to pay tribute to Tan SriLim GT for its success and what he brought to us. We should remember him for who he is, what he is and how he did it.

Now the baton has passed on to his beloved son, Tan Sri Lim Kok Thye, and I'm sure he will succeeding his father's footstep and make Genting Group an even more successful group we have had in Malaysia.

Genting group, I always support you and will continue to support. You make us proud!

EPF Scheme

It is a surprise that government actually change the regulation to allow workers to withdraw their EPF for home loan repayment. For those who buying houses and properties, they should have sufficient funds for such buyings, not rely on their EPF for the repayment. EPF suppose to serve as retirement fund for those retirees, who might need it when they are no longer working and that the money is suffice to survive today's and future's high living costs.

Wha if one buying a house / property, using the EPF to repay the instalment, then sell it before they complete the repayment, then they would get the cash from the sales of the property. At end of the day, the EPF account will left with little money, which has great possibility of insufficient when they retired.

So personally I think this is a very bad idea, and it will cause some people into financial difficulties in due time. For me I will not buy a property if I have not enough fund. In another view, EPF money belongs to the person, and they of course have the rights to used it the way they wanted, so it's a two way traffic. Government can only do up to certain extend and the rest depends on the person him/herself

Race Track for Mat Rempits?

Words out of Azalina's mouth would not be anything nice, nor will it be constructive and sensible!

Recently the stupid Sports and Youth Minister said more race tracks shall be built for Mat Rempit. This is a totally out of mind, childish, insensible, stupid, energy and time wasting things to be said, especially from a minister. If authority can't contained mat rempits, then build a race track for them to race ir carryout stunt on bikes, then they would face a major problems in finding and solving these problems.

First she don't understands, Mat rempits would feel more exciting and better if racing on normal road, as this provided them the excitement of showing their skills of controlling the motorbike, race against vehicle around, and stunt carryout would be noticed by public etc.

Secondly, if too many mat rempits, we would build a race track for them, what if there are too many rapists. Is the government going to open a prostitute centre, with everything paid for? There are so many robbery cases around, is the government prepare to set up an empty building, but filled with cash, so robber would go straight to the place to collect the cash rather risking their lives robbing banks, bakerry etc.

Overall, I wanted to say is that the Youth and Sports Minister's brain cells has been replace or remove, so she gave such suggestion. Maybe it's time for her to just stay home, be a good housewife!

Video Clip showing Brokering of Judge

It is surprising that after such long time the video clip sent to authority that showing a prominent lawyer purportedly brokering the appointment of judge, no action or investigation is being carryout yet! Until now still they are questioning if this video is genuine. Why are they still arguing about this when there can be more better things to be done during these period of time.

I wonder if someone is trying to covering another one's up! It certainly looks like it as they urge the person who sent this clip to come forward to testify against it. Sure if this person step forward, we will never see him again in Malaysia, or perhaps this world.

What are all these useless ministers actually doing other than saying something inconstructive things after each 'major' event occurred? Hasn't they don't know these things happened all the times, and they are too busy to work out a solution for it? All they care for is can they become famous or being known to public, as now general election is just around the corner.

Secondly, are policemen really can give protection to the person if he steps forward? Most likely cases will be policemen will give him a very "safe protection" that no one will ever find him/her. And that would be the end of case, as the main witness is gone missing!

Hope it is not true, but sadly, it is god damn correct!

Bravo Ferrari! Bravo Kimi!

Congrate to Ferrari team and Kimi Raikonnen!

Finally Kimi wins the world driver's championship! I was once wonder if Kimi will be the best driver never to wins the world championship, and still I was in such thinking when Kimi was once 26 points behind Lewis Hamilton.

Now that 2007 season over and the title secured, he deserve a nice break from F1, then start preparing for the 2008 season, as done by former Ferrari great, Michael Schumacher. I believe Kimi will be the same - give him a car and he will push it to the limit trying to win for the team, and himself.

One thing I wonder now is: Is this result pre-fix? Is it really history repeated itself that when the title showdown gone to the length, the pair with the highest chance will not win and that the one least expected wins it! Or is this an instruction by FIA so championship is exciting thru to the end, and that drama after drama happened, which will keep spectators groaning!

Or this is the price for McLaren-Mercedes to pay for possessing Ferrari's 780-page confidential info? I wonder why FIA only stripped off their constructors point, where drivers kept theirs when it was clearly found that McLaren-Merc guilty of such offence. Maybe this is just to keep the championship alive, and that McLaren-Merc is the only team that's capable to take the race to Ferrari.

So my prediction is that this year's championship is a pre-fix in order for McLaren-Merc be able to race next year. Leave your comments/views please.

Effect of Oil Price Surge!

Oil and gold prices surged to the record high yesterday, and still there isn't any indication where and when it's going to reach its peak. So as motorists, our main concern would be when the petrol price is going to increase again!

Now the petrol price stands at RM1.92/ltr, which considered very high for Malaysian motorists. Comparatively to our neighbouring country, we still have one of the lowest petrol price in the region and it's just a matter of time government increasing the petrol prce yet again. If and when the petrol price does eventually increased, sure veryone will complaint and virtually everything will increase as well bar salary only!

I still recalled just 2 to 3 years back I only paid around RM 90.00 for a full tank of fuel for my car, and today, I have to folk out close to RM115.00 for a full tank. That's a significant 28% rise n petrol expenses alone, excluding foods and beverages, which will be affected by the increase of oil price as well. For example if F&B increased 10% to 15%, that means our daily expenses would increase by around 20%.

Out of curiosity, I would like to ask how many of you out there got a salary increment of 20% now compare to 3 years ago? This figures excluding the annual inflation rate that's worked out by some specialists. In another words, we can earn much more now than few years back, yet it is extremely difficult for a normal employee to have a savings. That may be one of the reason why we have so many credit card debts now than then!

As for effect on flight traveller, they may pay for cheap flight tickets, but with all the surcharges, it would make it more expensive to pay for a total airfare. If oil price keeps increasing, we can all expecting an increase in fuel surcharge for airfare very soon, as airliners will be hit hardest on this event.

So all of us should start thinking of how to maximise or fully utilise our resources now, so when petrol price hike finally hits, we are prepared.

Why are there so many foreign workers in Malaysia?

Why we (Malaysia) has to "import" so many foreign workers from neighbouring countries? Isn't our country has no enough people to work? Maybe the problem doesn't lies with people, it lies with money.

Imagine how can you survive with a few hundred Ringgit monthly salary with cost of living getting higher day by day. This leads to another possible view why our government servants all like "drinking coffee". They can hardly survive with few hundred bucks salary, especially those with family to feed.

Foreign workers from poorer neighbouring country will see this as a good salary comparing to their home country and for most cases, accommodation is provided, which they will be able to work and save most money they could to bring home, but not for us, Malaysian here!

According to the latest stats, we have around 2.5 million foreign workers in the country and the number still increases. I think there's no cure for this as long as salary is still at such level, and our country will eventually being flooded with foreigners making a living, and yet our own residence will be forced out!

Inflation!

For the last few weeks, we can see or rea news that prices for lots of daily used stuffs will be increase in the coming months if not weeks. These prices increased would add more burden to all the consumers, and eventually lead to a higher rate of inflatin.

Wonder if our salary "inflation" rate would increase accordingly to that? Hope it would but that would be impossible, as most bosses, notably "China-Man" company bosses would say due to prices increase, the expenses of company will increase too. Hence no such "inflation" of salary for employees.

I remember few years ago, someone worked out if a person earn RM3000 per month it would be just barely enough to survive. If that person still have some spare times, it would be much appreciated you could work out the current minmum salary a person must earn to survive today!

Our government always mentioned we have one of the lowest living cost in the region, but the true fact is that it is true if we are calculating it in USD or some international currency. What they have not mention is our earning in USD. If we are to combine the two together, I can loudly say our spending power is way below our neighbouring countries, let alone the world.

Maybe it's time for us to realise we need to get 2 jobs in order for us to sustain our daily life and cut down the enjoyment of life. (This apply to those who work for someone / some company)

Grand F-1 Finale!

t's been a long time since we have such exciting end to a Formula One season. We still have 3 drivers fighting for the World Driver Championship crown. Personally I would love Kimi to win it because of who he is, and secondly if McLaren-Mercedes driverwins it, still their car contained too many of Ferrari's technical setup in it. So be it Lewis Hamilton, Fernando Alonso or Kimi Raikonnen wins, still Ferrari is the biggest winner of all, like it or not.

Had it not for traitor Nigel Stepney, I am quite sure either Kimi or Filipe Massa would have won the championship with few races to spare, and it would be at least have to wait for another season to see if this year's scenario would appear at the final race on calender.

No disrespect to the silver arrow team, they would definitely be like Team Renault this year where they will be struggle with the new tyres. Now that everything has happened, no point of discussing it further than just enjoy the last race for the grand finale, as in Shanghai, anything can still possible happen, and any of the drivers still in with a chance to clinch the world title.

Go Kimi go!!!

Another Mat Rempit Caused Incident

Has our government approved Mat Rempits? Are they now officially granted permit to carryout their stunt on the street and gathering in group around town or somewhere? Last week another sad case of couple being killed and injured respectively by Mat Rempit gangs who trying to grab the lady from the victim's bike.

Such scenario will not be seen years ago, but sadly now it happened every now and then. Our lives are worthless now as compare to previously. Mat Rempits growth intensively over the last few months thank to one of the comment made by one of our minister, that she was once Mat Rempit as well, and that they may one day become our Prime Minister bla bla bla... All nonsense and brainless talk.

If our authority still doing what they are doing now, I'm sure one day Mat Rempit will really ruled the country and by then it'll be too late to contained such problem by the authority. Since authority has done nothing, I would be more grateful to carryout such action if I'm a Mat Rempit since no one care to catch us.

In saying that, as an Anti-Mat Rempit group of people, I would say I would be very greatful to knock them down whenever I sees them on the road, and if they are carrying out dangerous stunts on the road. In one of my previous blog, I said I hoped these Mat Rempits would behave themselve on the road in order to save their own life, but now I must re-iterate the statement. Beware of me coming! If I see you guys weaving along highway, where you suppose to ride in the motorcycle lane, I will not hesitate to knock you over without a single feel of sympathy towards you!

Maybe we should set an award to citizen who knock down most Mat Rempits for a certain period of time. That would be great in helping reduce problems caused by them and also put them off road or think twice before doing so!

Tioman Ferry Tragedy

Why is the government only raise concern over incidents happened? Why can't they set the precautions and regulation implimentation before tragedy happened? Are they just there to show their presence only? Are they totally unaware of possible tragedy that might occurs? Or they are paid to do ensure such incidents to be covered up as much as possible?

Over the years there have been too many incidents happened that went unresolve, let alone unpunished to the ones responsible. When accidents involving buses happened everyday, they will formed an investigation group to investigate the "Root Cause" of it! It all went quiet after few weeks. Then they have Op-Sikap 13 or so to ensure motorists follows rules & regulation on roads, which they reported how many accidents and fatalities each day, yet they will investigate each serious or fatal accident happened, and eventually no result being mentioned at all.

Now Tioman ferry incident happened, they found out that the company's licence actually expired since last December, yet they are still operating as normal for nearly one whole year. I'm sure if such incident not happened, we will still be using their service day in day out! No one actually know they are operating without licence, and yet insurance company still issue the coverage for them, onlyh to be voided after operating without licence become known.

How come our government can let all these happened, and no stern action being taken? Is there such law that prevented government taking action against these culprits? Maybe, just maybe these companies were owned by some relatives of the government officers, or they are protected by "LAW"

Instead of seeking solutions to all these problems, they (Malaysian Government) rather stay in the Putrajaya Trade Centre trying to connect to our "Angkasawan" traveller, wishing him Selamat HR..... etc. I'm not impatriotic, I'm telling the truth that Malaysia will one day ended up like country in Africa, if you know what I mean!

So stop those god damn Angkasawan thingy and do what you suppose to do if any of the influential government officers, or perhaps minister that is reading this. Hope this can wake some of you up and start doing the right thing from now on, or risk being a "Nation of Kampung"

Proton Negotiation with VW

It has been so long since negotiation between Proton and Volks Wagon Group first took place. Why until today there's still no solution to it? Is it really that difficult to find a partner to coorperate with? I suppose there are more inside news that we, Malaysian citizens don't know.

As rumour flying around stated, Proton is willing to sell its 51% shares to VW Group, and they also agree on buying it at the agreed price. Why would it fell apart at the last hurdle yet again? It is because current CEO and its management staffs unwilling to handover the full control right to VW group, who is the major share holder after takeover bid goes through. They, Proton agree to sell 51% stakes to VW, yet they want the control of its operational right.

How silly that such idea was voiced out. Who on earth would agree to let a minor share holder gain control of the group? If yes, I think VW group is more than happy to reverse the role and take control of its operational power with only 49% stakes against Proton's 51%. Will Proton agree to that?

Another fact is, I guess the Malaysian pride. Proton is facing with such huge debts, that they would eventually face the close-down! Yet they still think they hold the Ace card with them by requesting such irrational, silly and stupid suggestion. They should not forget that our neighbour contries, like Indonesia and Vietnam are more than happy to land a helping hand to VW group should their deal with Proton fell through, and this has given VW group more options than just Proton in Malaysia, to break through SE Asia market with their product. Let's not forget that market in other SE Asia countries are better than Malaysia, and the only advantage Proton hold is they have an existing assembly plant here.

I believe VW group would rather spend a little more money to set up an assembly plant else where, where they have total control of the factory and operations, rather than keep negotiating deals with Proton. If Proton really willing to Joint Venture, they would have done it long ago with other manufacturer like Mitsubishi. In turn, Misubishi sold all their stakes in Proton. What does this indicates? You and I know the reason

For this case, if you still remember or came across British car manufacturer, Rover, a similar scenario is happening here right now, and I'm affraid Proton is slowly following the footsteps of Rovers now. Rover has been supported by British government since BMW sold all its stakes back to UK Government, and after few years of heavy losses, UK Govt finally let go the huge burden of around GBP 600 million yearly, and let it go bankrupt! Here we see a similarity - Proton also have a lost of 600 millions yearly, but in Ringgit Malaysia. So how long more before Proton will ended up like Rover is beyond our guessing, but if no immediate improvement sure Proton will go burst very soon unless Malaysia Govt willing to use more of our hard earned money to save their PRIDE!

Mclaren-Mercedes F1 Team!

I'd read much about the 'Stepneygate' Saga over the last few weeks and found one hilarious scene. When verdict of Mclaren Merc F1 team stripped off all points for this year's F1 championship, all British ex-drivers or champions started to voice their unhappiness.

From my point of view, all these so call ex-champions, like Jackie Steward and Damon Hill made so much noice to defend the team involved. Why? I've been trying to figure out why they keep backing this F1 team when it is quite clear they are in possessed of some one's interlectual property, which in itself already breaks the rule.

Finally I came to a conclusion. That is Mclaren Mercedes F1 team is a british team, they have a british driver who stands a strong chance of winning this year's championship, having british chief engineer suspended, who is a british and being british themselve, sure they will support it. And to my surprise, they defended this team blindly they can't even differentiate rights and wrongs.

Being british doesn't mean whatever a british or brit associated did are all correct, while others are wrong. May be Jackie and Damon has been away for too long that they forget the rules of F1. We forgive them this, and I supported Max Mosley's statement about Jackie and do hope Jackie Steward and Damon Hill will wake up from their 'wonderland dream' and know what is actally happen in this scandal.

It is quite cear that Mclaren tea kow all along they in possess of Ferrari's confidential document and they have been using to their advantage, which is not tracable. I mean the car setting to accomodate Bridgestone tyres. This can never be found in their cars and they can easily get away with. Now that Mr Alonso had given email correspondences showing the proof, I hope FIA would punish Mclaren F1 Team severely.

P/s: Probably FIA is waiting for the season to end and then only hand out this severe punishment. Otherwise it would be a boring F1 season...... yet again!

Mongolian Girl Murdered Case!

Heard some rumour flying around that the there is someone BIG involved in this case, but due to his supremacy within the government department, it can't be disclosed. So Razak Baginda is the scapegoat for this case.

Has anyone ever come across any BIG person's name Razak? I think rumour are right that the real Razak involve in the case is another Razak, not the one in and out of court room every now and then!

If anyone know something, please let me know. It's getting interesting about the side story of it. The real case will be no case at the end and no one will ever remember as there will be many more BIG case coming up, which is enough to cover this news.

Is Reduced Speed Limit During Festive Seasons Works?

Government has done so much in the past trying to bring down the fatal accidents happened, especially during festive seasons. But will reduced speed limit works in bringing down the number of fatalities? I guess the answer is no, whereas it will increase rather than decrease.

As all of you know, vehicles nowadays can easily done up to 120km/h without notice, and by no mean at that speed the risk of accident is higher. It all depends on the drivers' condition. If the driver is tired, impatient or rude, then the risk of causing accident is higher even the speed is half of the limit!

Look around the world, and you will notice that there are a lot of countries, which their motorway (highway) speed limit is 120km/h or 70mph, then their accident rate is much lower than ours at 110km/h. What does that indicates? I'd stayed in UK for several years and according to policeman (when I'd got nothing better to do than asking policeman all these nonsense) if you are travelling above 70mph, but below 80mph, you are safe from any summon. If you travel above 80mph, but below 90mph, it all depends on the road condition then, and beyond 90mph, there will surely be summons, and may be some point deduction. If you travel above 100mph, then you will be automatically Maximum fines and 5 or 6 points deducted on your licence. Some may even get 2 months suspension of their driving licence. All depends on the road condition then.

So to cut down these fatalities, it will be wiser that authority think of a way to counter what the root cause is rather than having all these unnecessary Op-Sikaps.

Datuk Z Mansion!

After some trials, and investigation, Datuk Zakaria finally found not guilty of any of the 39 charges made against him, and quite rightly, his 'Mansion' also found to be legal and approved prior to its construction.

If a normal mayor or YB can live that kind of mansion he is going to live now, then there are only 2 possibilities: One is government pay him an extremely good package, or Two, he got a lucrative side income from somewhere which you and I don't know!

Inviting 400+ children to his new mansion means nothing at all, it only illustrate his kindness and to show reporters that he is clean, and this house is built by his 'Hard-Earn-Money'

So what you guys think out there? Please share your view. Thanks

Dependable Police???

Listen to news earlier and wondering if we help provide information to police, will they actually take action to further investigate and solve the case once and for all! News stated rape and sexual assult cases increased tremendously over the last year, and just wonder what has actually the police forces did to protect ladies / women from such trauma? Does us providing info to police force helped? I don't think so!

Here's my experience just 2 days ago. My laptop was stolen last weekend while I was away. We reported the incident to police, which is a norm case for all lost valuable property, especially this one belongs to my company. A day later I received a temporarily created email, asking if I want my info in the computer back! My laptop is password protected, and there were another password required before anyone able to read the file. Somehow it has been broken and he/she knows my info inside, therefore sent me the email if I wanted my info back.

I brought this printout to police station and seeking help from police, to my surprise the policeman asked how can they help me in this! I mean this is some sort of info we provide them to help breaking the case, but they are just so inactive and lazy (sorry to say that but it's true), and without hesitation, they just asked what they asked. This is just a simple case, which by providing the email printout, they should be able to at least advise us what to do in order to catch the thief.

They are detective, and they should be professionally trained to tackle this problem, but in turn we told him what should be done, and as usual I suppose, they are waiting for us to set the trap to hope for the thief's appearance, then police will just do the remaining thing. I guess this is not the correct way, and because of that, my house area security lately is really worrying, as robberies and break-in happened every few days' interval.

May be because of that, thiefs have no fear for police and authority because they are too busy with 'other' works, like Minum Kopi, singing at fixed time, set 'road block' etc. In order for police forces more effective, they must change their attitude, or else it will only get worst.

What so great?

What's so great about 'Malaysian 1st Astronaut' going to space soon? Did you guys know that he (Dr. So so so) actually is not recognise as astronaut in US or Russia. They only classify him as something like space traveller. So stop those nonsense about these Astronaut things.

How much our hard earn money the government has spent to train suc person just to go there for a tour? I would rather government uses these monies for public transport improvement, repairing of parliment house roof, administration building etc. At least after repair there won't e anymore leakage. This, just like money throw into drainage

Red Alert!

Another snatch thieve killing an innocent person.

What has happen? Why these news keep coming in? Has Malaysian law fading away? Or is it Malaysian law is now called Abdullah Law?

Some drastic and strong action need to be taken immediately to cut down such cases, as well as to put the thieves off thinking for such way to make a living. My personal view on this is that government has done very little, perhaps nothing to protect us from such case and we all will have to depend on cooperation among ourself to ensure our own safety.

One of the way to bring down such cases can be imposing a heavy punishment for offenders like having their fingers cut, multiple slashes, imprisonment, parading publicly and stoned by publics, etc.

Nowadays I'm worry about my family, friends and partner safety. Is there anothing we could do to stop this?

Driving along Federal Highway!

Everyday I had to drive pass Federal Highway to and from work. It's been long since I noticed that motorcyclists like to ride on the main road, when there are motor lanes being provided.

I'm wondering if someone gets knock down by vehicle, are the drivers facing any legal penalty? Who is actually at fault if car accidentally hit a bike or hit by a bike? Bikers should not be at the main lanes in the first place, and when accident happen, they should be the one to be blame, not driver.

If I were driving on the road where motor lane is provided, I would not hesitate even a little bit to force them off road as they are endanger our life, not the other way round. Secondly if they think their life is worth that, then go ahead and I'm sure something really bad and serious is waiting for them ahead.

Hope you all bikers would appreciate and love your life. And also don't wave in between cars when riding on highways, car might not see you as you get closer to cars.

Why are government want to get rid of Pig Farm?

I really don't understand why government wanted to shut down the pig farms in Melaka? Is it really that inhygenic? Perhaps. But let's face the truth, all farms, be it chicken, goat or cow they are all stink and smelly, and a lot of them inhygenic. But why only pig farms were being ordered to shut? Maybe there's a political motive behind scene which you and me don't know!

Imagine if either MCA, MIC, DAP, PAS or Keadilan to request for chicken farm to be shut down due to stinking smells, I'm quite sure those so call MPs or Parliment Representatives will surely jump out at first to strongly oppose the idea, then demand for explaination which will never be agreed off, and finally call for boycotting the spokesman so as to show others what kind of consequences they are facing if critising "Bumi" issues.

I'm really sick of these bunch of i****s who only know how to stir up inter-racial emotions than carryout their suppose workscope. If today our society has no such people exist, I'm very sure we will all be living happily, closely knit and sharing life together without problems.

Another 'BUMI' Jibe!

Why on earth that government must implemented Bumi quotas into foreign company? Are they competitive enough to earn their place in there?

My answer is definitely not. Otherwise government would not need to enforced such law to protect their "bumis" friends. If they are good enough, these company would be more than happy to take them in without the enforcement of such law. If they are not, then they would be require to take a hide, or else the company will have to looks else where for business partnership!

To me I think there will be no different if these foreign company investing whether in Vietnam or Indonesia. These two countries would be more than happy to welcome their arrival as these investors will generate incomes for the country, whereas Malaysia government is afraid these investors will take everything out from here and back to their respective country!

Come on, please! What do you (Malaysia) have that others don't? Oh at least one! "SAYA NANTI RASUAH"; "Malaysian 1st ever Astronaut"; "Malaysia Boleh" etc. All these are irrelevant and waste of time and money things that only Malays can think of doing! They'd rather spend time thinking of such unproductive things than doing something more productive. Like Mat Rempits, if they really like bike racing, then do it the professional way, not waving through streets and traffic dangerously. I would not feel a bit of sympathy if these mat rempits died of accident, but will only sympathy those hurt or injured by this. And be honest, almost all mat rempits are BUMIs. (Sorry but it's well and truely proven fact)

So Malaysia Boleh! Mat Rempit Boleh! Everything Boleh!

Flour, Toll, Milo, Noodles etc prices increased! What about SALARY? SORRY TO SAY "NO"

Prices of everything is increasing, toll price will be increased soon, inflation increase. Everything increase, but what about our salary? Sorry to say "NO"

Government servants got their payrise recently about 20% average I guess (not sure the exact figure but definitely got increment) since our 'economy' is good, as stated by Pak Lah! What about private sectors? I guess the chances are close to 0% for you to get such high increment! Under normal circumstances, private sector will give about 5% or less increment (5% is consider very very good), and you'd expect your workload is increase as well, but not in accordance with you pay increment, yet much more than that!

Our government still mentioned everyday that Malaysia has one of the lowest living costs in the region, which I doubt it very much! How on earth can you expect your citizens or residents to live up to expectation when inflation rate is way much higher than their pay increment! Or this government is just telling lie to the nations that we are on the right track to good life in future, economy is boosting by various "profitable" mega project where they can attract foreign investors etc.

If anyone have a good idea on how to survive, please give in your comment. I urgently need it! Is there a good way of getting something out of our bosses' pocket? We are in need of a hugh payrise for once at least so we will not staving to death!

Con Men Everywhere.....

Almost everyday I still read in newspaper that people get conned by sydicates around town. Don't they read newspaper or heard of such tricks? It happened almost everyday, everywhere, and still people get conned and cheated of their hard earn money!

Why is this still happening eventhough warnings and alerts had been passed around via various sources? Almost all, if not all caused by one word - GREEDY! That's what get people into trouble. With due respect, if a person doesn't greed, such incidents wouldn't have happened as easily.

Personally I experienced before a syndicate trying to con me, but I resist the temptation. Make no mistake the syndicate failed to get anything out from me! Let me share my experience of how things happened!

I received phone call one day from a Chinese accent speaking lady telling they are China cell phone company, setting up branches in M'sia soon, so carryout survey on the market. By inviting me to the launch of their product, with a lucky draw number, I knew there and then it's a con game, but I pretended I didn't know, so to go along with the flow. How on earth can a lucky draw prize be kept over weekend and still you entitled to claimed.

She called back on Monday morning, just as I waited for her call, she was so happy informing me I strike their 1st prize of RM 120,000.00 cash. And all she's asking is my IC number for verification. So I gave out a fake IC with a fake chinese name (Apparently we were talking in Mandarin). To all your surprise, she called 2 days later informing that my ID had been verified and I'm entitle to claim that amount of money.

That's when I go nasty with her, asking all sort of unexpected question, to her at least like how they verified my ID, where they got my name, how can they verified this name is exactly as registered in our National Registry Department, how they manage to get thru such confidential info etc and she could not answer any of them, then I told there are too many such cheated cases happened and this will be another one if I believe a single word she said, then give her a 'GOOD' lecturing and screwing, then she said she will ask her manager to call and try convince me of my good fortune. I beg her please! But now it's been 3 months plus down the line, still no one call, except another attemp by a Macau girl (as claimed by her in the phone) that they are carrying out a market survey for their new company selling all electrical goods.

That I told her off straight away because I do not have much time for this anymore. Hope this will send some alert to the public and be sure that you are not GREEDY in your heart, so you will be safe from all these con cases! :-)
