Record Breaking 21-A Student

Another year gone by, and another year's SPM result released. This year we have another record broken. We have this guy obtaining 21 straight A and we all congratulated him and wish him all the best. Just how meaningful this straight A means? Is he really more clever and capable than others? Is he has supernatural power that others don't have? Where's the standard of our education system?

During our time SPM is a very difficult examinations, and you are allowed to take maximum of 10 subjects, which already not many students can get straight A. Now everyone is getting more A and every year it will increase. This is just another "Face" problem that exist within our people's mantle thinking and we assume the more A you score in an exam, the more clever you are, and the chances of getting into a good university is higher etc....

All this are just bullshit, and it's absolutely rubbish. I do not rate this student higher than any others. I still think those who can manage their 'normal' subject with A are as good as this 'Stupid' student. In studies you will never learn everything, and also there will never be short of new stuff to study and learn. So why on earth do they take up so much more subjects than others? Just to show off? Wanting the world to know we "Malaysian" can score 21 A in an exam? Want to prove to the world "Saya Boleh"?

Come on guys! With such inconsistent kind of study and teaching method, it only expose our weakness to outside world. Others will say we do not have a proper education system. Malaysian student can take whatever subject, howmany much subjects as their own wish, 'lesser smart' people can take less subject so can tell outsiders "I got straight A" etc. To be frank these people are mainly trying to show off and come the time really matter (seeking job), these are the people most useless and unwanted. Why?

Because they study too much and too much text book talk during interview. Companies are hiring people with actual and experienced staff, not textbook talked staff!
