If not mistaken, our transport department mentioned that car manufactured 1995 are all complete with rear passenger seatbelts. At first I thought it'strue, until this morning whenspoken to my colleague, his car is a year 2000 Perodua Kancil. That doesn't come with rear seat belts.
So what's the officer's definition of this then if found the rear passenger of this car didn't fasten seatbelt? Summon? Coffee? Or let him off without ticket issued?
